Hello! We are Montse and Thomas from Momentum Quiropràctic team. We are doctors of chiropractic and we will accompany you at the beginning and throughout your chiropractic care process.
Once you have booked your first appointment:
- We will meet at the Momentum Quiropràctic centre (we speak Catalan, Spanish, English, French and Dutch!)
- During the visit we will study your spine, nervous system and posture.
- After the study and radiographic analysis, we will give you your chiropractic report with a personalised action plan according to your needs and conditions.
The next step will be to start taking care of you:
We will start with chiropractic adjustment using the techniques that best suit you and will do a check up to see your health progress.

Seguramente el mejor sitio y le más chulo para cuidarte como atleta.
Futbolista durante 15 años, practicando el boxeo y el kick boxing, certificado entrenador personal NASM, he tenido que cuidar mi cuerpo después unas lesiones joven que habían traído unas compensaciones que ningún terapeuta había realmente podido tratar a 100%. Encuentré a Thomas y Montse mientras estaba abriendo mi proprio club de coaching y me ayudaron como nadie antes. Especialmente Thomas que me explicó las diferencias entre un quiro, de un fisio, de un kine, de un osteo. Sensible a esta mecánica motor del cuerpo y su sistema nervioso muy influente, nuestros conocimientos compartidos me convencieron empezar con sus técnicas y el resultado en pocas semanas fue increíble.
Me sentí poco a poco mucho más explosivo durante mis sesiones de boxeo, capaz de utilizar toda mi amplituda de movimiento, más fuerte durante las sesiones de powerlifting con pesas y ví mi recuperación acelerarse después cada entreno. También sus tratamientos mejoraron mi digestión por lo cual había siempre tenido problema sin darme cuenta que un quiro podía tener la explicación.
Thomas es ahora mi referencia para los problemas de mis alumnos que no puedo tratar y sigo el mantenimiento de mi maquina corporal cada 3-5 semanas como un atleta de elite.

Montse has treated me regularly throughout my third pregnancy as well as after birth of my daughter. With all my heart I recommend any mother to be to let Montse to do adjustments to support them during the pregnancy. For me and my health it worked miracles. Despite challenging circumstances and lots of computer work I experienced little pregnancy related discomfort and the delivery went beautifully.
We also asked Montse to help my baby with her reflux, which was very successful.
Montse is very experienced and talented in working with tiny babies, children as well as adults in special circumstances, like pregnancy.

Desde que voy a que Montse me ajuste la columna ya no tengo dolores de espalda ni rodillas, tengo menos ansiedad y hago las digestiones mucho mejor. Mi salud física y emocional ha mejorado notablemente. Cada vez que me ajusta siento un gran alivio, es como si me quitara un peso de encima. Además Montse es un encanto, una persona llena de energía positiva y amor y tiene la consulta preciosa. Hasta te puedes tomar un té mientras esperas tu turno. Recomendable cien por cien.
