What to expect once you start your chiropractic care at Momentum

5. Chiropractic Adjustments

Based on your plan of care established during your second visit

We will establish a care plan appropriate that meets your needs with the recommended number of adjustments within a certain frequency.

* At Momentum we collaborate with the Barcelona City Council and the Targeta Rosa initiative. If you have it, you can enjoy chiropractic care with a special discount. Ask us for more information.

6. Learn about your body and your potential

We educate about chiropractic and wellbeing with our newsletter and workshops

We accompany you in the process of understanding your body and your full potential with educational content about chiropractic and your health. For that:

You will receive educational newsletters with videos and explanations about chiropractic care.
You can participate for free in our workshops “MomentTÚm de Salud” where you will learn another perspective of the Health model to benefit your quality of life. In addition, you can invite your loved ones to join you and discover the positive impact of chiropractic.

7. Re-evaluation

We monitor your progress with periodic re-evaluations where we repeat the tests performed at the first visit (except X-rays).
You will have 30 minutes with your chiropractor doctor (Montse or Thomas) to set new health goals and we will give you the necessary advice to achieve them.
We will establish and define a new chiropractic care plan (with a more preventive approach) to further optimise your Inner Empowerment.
